Summary of "єОселя" – January 2025: 459 families received UAH 842.8 million in mortgage loans
In January 2025, after the relaunch of the relevant registers, 459 Ukrainian families were able to take out mortgage loans totaling UAH 842.8 million under the state program "єОселя." This was reported by Deputy Minister of Economy Andriy Telyupa.
Popularity and conditions of the program
According to Telyupa, "єОселя" has been successfully operating for several years and remains in high demand in 2025. The main attractive factor is the preferential interest rate: for military personnel, law enforcement officers, healthcare workers, teachers, and scientists, loans are available at 3%, while for all other borrower categories, the rate is 7%. Since the program's launch in 2022, 15,300 families have received support, purchasing housing for a total amount exceeding UAH 24.9 billion.
Latest statistics
In just the last week, 302 loans totaling UAH 563 million were issued. Among them, loans at 3% were granted to:
- 107 military and law enforcement officers,
- 15 teachers,
- 13 healthcare workers,
- 7 scientists.
Loans at 7% were received by:
- 129 citizens who previously had no housing,
- 24 internally displaced persons,
- 7 veterans.
Geography of issuance
Most mortgage loans were issued in the capital (98 transactions), as well as in the Kyiv region (80). In Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions, 15 loans were issued each, in Rivne – 14, and in Odesa – 13.
In terms of property type, 147 borrowers chose the primary market, including 44 transactions for properties under construction. Another 155 purchases were made on the secondary market.

"єОселя" is implemented under the "Made in Ukraine" strategy, which aims to strengthen the domestic market and promote national production. The program was launched in October 2022, with the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and PJSC "UkrFinZhytlo" responsible for its implementation.
In addition to significant state support, "єОселя" also boosts the construction industry by increasing demand for new housing.
