2 bedroom apartment. Cozy apartment in a brick house. Modern repairs have been made, electricity, pipes, all plumbing have been replaced, we planned to live alone, did everything for ourselves, removed the partition, thereby increasing the kitchen and combining the living room, but plans changed. We replaced all the windows with metal-plastic. There is not much cosmetics left to do. The infrastructure is well developed, there is a school, kindergarten, grocery stores and much more near the house. Convenient transportation, 7 minutes walk to the Nyvky metro station.
