If you wish, we can make a large walnut table with wooden or metal legs instead of this table (a similar table, but smaller, is available on the second floor). The kitchen is equipped with a modern oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator and extractor hood of the famous manufacturer 'Whirlpool' also installed two air conditioners 'Cooper&hunter'. The apartment has 2 boilers for 120 and 60 liters, a washing machine 'Whirlpool'. Everything was really done for themselves, every movement of the builders was checked and controlled. There is a 32nd class laminate floor, all doors and shelves with closers and magnets, designer lamps, led lighting throughout the apartment. All the switches work properly, there are no electrical problems. In general, the electrical work is done very competently (they redid it several times, but did everything right, as they did everything for themselves). The stairs to the second floor are made of solid ash and are very well lit! We have all the warranty checks, all the names of paints and materials are written down, so you can easily buy something or order repairs if necessary.
