6-room house. It can be a clinic, a boutique hotel, or a sports or educational institution. It is known as Kotunsky's house (Kazimir Kotunsky was a priest of St. Theodore's Church who built this mansion). Since 1955, the lane, united with a part of Istominsky, has been transformed into a street named after Vasyl Tropinin. Like many other old houses in Tatarka, the building's facades remained unplastered in the postwar years and retained the warm texture of yellow Kyiv brickwork, so characteristic of late 19th- and early 20th-century Kyiv. Only the details (the pediment field, cornices, panels under the windows, and cannelures on the pilasters) have been painted red since that time.
