Spectacular lighting with the IKEA PS 2014 pendant lamp, inspired by a science fiction movie, won the international Red Dot Award for design. The shape of the lamp and the intensity of the light can be changed by simply pulling the cords. Two separate balconies. The first balcony is glazed, insulated and has lighting, the entrance is through the living room. The second open balcony is rather melon-sized and has an exit from the bedroom. The apartment is located near the metro station, during the period of martial law, the metro is a reliable bomb shelter in case of intense shelling and the use of nuclear weapons. During scheduled power outages, the batteries remain hot in winter. Hot water does not disappear. The apartment is warm in winter and does not get hot in the sun in summer.
