3 bedroom apartment. The electrical wiring has been changed to a new one with all sockets and switches. All walls were leveled with drywall. One bedroom, the corridor and the kitchen were wallpapered, the walls in the living room and the second bedroom were painted. The old parquet was replaced with laminate flooring (living room and one bedroom), carpet (second bedroom) and linoleum (corridor and kitchen). The pipes were renewed and water meters (cold and hot) were installed. The bathroom has been overhauled - now it is a spacious room with Spanish tiles, a shower, a boiler and a washing machine. The apartment has all metal-plastic windows and doors to the balcony. Also, one of the two balconies has been renovated and has metal-plastic frames. The apartment has a gas meter and all batteries have been replaced. All interior doors have been replaced. The apartment has 2 air conditioners and led lighting.
