2 bedroom apartment. Separate rooms, kitchen, corridor, large balcony. Bathroom: adjacent. Sale due to the fact that I live abroad. The apartment is in a state of repair. They started to do it before the war, but, for obvious reasons, interrupted this process. What has been done: pipes have been replaced, wiring has been completely replaced (according to the project, there should be a stretch ceiling to cover the wiring, but this can be easily redone if you do not want a stretch ceiling). Windows (of a good company, made for themselves) and doors (interior and exterior) were replaced everywhere. We started making walls and plastered them. They are ready for painting or wallpapering. The apartment is very warm in winter, as it is located in the corner of the house. The wind does not blow and the heat is well kept. In summer, the sun shines through the windows only until noon, so it's not hot. There are 2 elevators in the building.
