There are many parking spaces around the house, there is also video surveillance around the perimeter of the house (access to the application with constant surveillance), there are also underground garages near the house, I rented a garage there in winter, a great option - the car is always warm and dry. There is a video camera on the front door to the apartment and connected to the alarm system - security company "Sheriff". The neighborhood has all the amenities for families with children, including various clubs and developmental courses, dancing, or martial arts. Near the front door there is a housing office, a family outpatient clinic, and the Toros boxing club.
